Our stay was filled with surprises, from rose petals to swans creating a heart, making it special for us both. The rooms were clean and comfortable with modern facilities, perfect for a peaceful morning after, though they could be in better shape.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The treatments in the treatment rooms were enjoyable, and the lady who provided them was lovely. However, the room I stayed in was dated and not as clean as I hoped. The view of the garden was nice, but the noise from a wedding party was disruptive. The gym and swimming pool were fantastic though, providing a great workout and relaxation.
The hotel had its ups and downs. Despite the tired-looking rooms and lack of information, the hotel was bigger than expected with some decent service. The location was outstanding, marred only by some cleanliness issues. The dining experience had its highs and lows with room for improvement.
